A. Personal & Profile Information
- Account Registration: Information such as your name, email address, and profile picture, authenticated
- User Preferences: Base currency, language/locale, theme, budget periods, and billing cycle preferences.
B. Financial Information & Automated Logging
- Apple Pay (iOS): Transaction data passed via deep links through user-configured iOS Shortcuts.
- Google Pay & Bank Alerts (Android): Reads payment notifications from financial apps via Notification Listener Service when granted.
- Bank SMS Alerts (Android): Parses transactional bank SMS messages on-device when explicitly permitted.
- Manual & Voice Entries: Manually entered or spoken transactions, custom categories, subscriptions, and savings goals.
C. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data
- Microphone / Audio: Used for voice-to-text expense logging. Raw audio files are not permanently stored.
- Notification Listening & SMS (Android): Strictly used to automate payment parsing from supported alerts.
- Biometrics: Face ID/Touch ID authentication runs locally on-device. We do not store biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain core budgeting features.
- Parse and categorize transactions automatically from shortcuts, notifications, SMS, and voice entries.
- Ensure system security and prevent fraudulent activity.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal or financial data.
- Third-Party Infrastructure: Hosted securely using with Row Level Security (RLS) and trusted AI processing engines for voice parsing.
- Legal Requirements: Disclosed only if mandated by law, court order, or legal process.
4. Data Security & Retention
We employ application-level database isolation (RLS) to restrict access strictly to authorized users.
5. Regional Rights & Compliance
You maintain the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data, and revoke device permissions at any time through your OS settings.
